Listened from 1158-1447 ut.  Conditions improved towards sunrise. Japanese powerhouse station JOUB 774 very strong and JOAK 594 just made it in with a fair signal.  With two exceptions (HLAZ & Thailand 1575) upper band was weak.


153          Russia, 1201 weak with man in Russian.

180          Russia, 1202 very weak with man in Russian.

189          Russia, 1204 very weak with man in Russian.

279          Russia, 1209 weak with ID.

558          Japan, JOCR 1212 fair with music. 1321 Good with music.

567          Japan, JOIK 1215 weak Japanese talk. Good 1411.

603          Repulic of Korea HLSA ? 1415 woman/man in Asian language.Fair at 1417 with man
                woman singing is Asian language.

594          Japan, JOAK 1338 very weak with Japanese talk. Fair 1411.

648          Russia, 1224 weak in Asian language.  Good at 1339.

666          Japan, JOBK 1224 very weak Japanese talk.

693          Japan, JOBK 1323 weak with man in Japanese and a lot of splatter.

675          Vietnam? 1340 fair with Asian talk. China? underneath.

774          Japan, JOUB 1231 excellent with S-9+30 db signal. English at 1402 Global Warnming
                English lessons.

828          Japan, JOBB 1236 fair with man in Japanese.

873         Japan, JOGB 1239 weak with man in Japanese.  Music sometimes underneath JOGB.

891         Republic of Korea or China? 1425 fast talking man/woman team in Asian language           

1071       Japan, JOFR 1336 weak with woman in Japanese.

1125       Unknown 1355 fair, woman singing in Asian, not //NHK2.faded at 1400 no pips heard.

1134       Japan, JOQR 1404 fair with music and Japanese talk.

1323       China, 1408 weak with man in Asian language.

1206       China. 1331 fair with woman in Asian language and covered in KEX iboc hash.

1278       Japan, JOFR 1444 weak with Japanese.

1287       Japan, JOHR 1437 fair with woman/man in Japanese.v 

1566       Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1313 excellent signal S-9+25 db with woman in Japanese.

1575       Thailand, VOA 1317 weak with man in Asian language.  Fair at 1318.
