Looks like I was a tad hasty in writing off the WIRL test.   I'd 
recorded it out at my beverage site, using the eastern beverage, which 
only succeeded in getting great reception of Winnipeg's CFRW.   However, 
I'd also recorded it at home using the K9AY, and on that tape I heard 
definite snippets of code at 0803 UTC.  It's not much, but it's more 
than I got on the beverage.
