[IRCA] Friday morning in San Francisco

Up a bit earlier today.  1300 UT and noted pretty good audio from
JOUB-774. Pips at top of the hour etc.  Very little splatter from
adjacents.  Also noted fair audio from JOBB-828 using filter to keep
KNCO-830 at bay.  Oddly nothing else was noted except a few hets on the
lower end.
