They have to go through the due process of an interference complaint to the 
FCC first.  If it gets dismissed by the FCC, then a lawsuit is the next step.

Who knows, maybe CBS and Clear Channel will blink, and stop this nonsense 
before it gets that far.  It must be painful continually shooting yourself in 
the foot (WBZ clobbering KDKA, etc.), as Citadel/ABC already found out.
