I doubt if any AM transmitter can do more than 2%.  to
go to high power, well, the only way to do that is
turn off the analog. The software that Harris has for
HD does not allow that in the current version. Older
versions of the BE software did, and one night WCOS
1400 went all night all digital, and it really didn't
slop over too much. UNfortunately at that time there
were no radios available. I'd love to see a digital
only test on some of the clears.
