I noticed DWRM Puerto Princesa, Palawan. You wrote Philippine BC. I assume
that's the governmental Philippine Broadcasting Service (PBS). They
are most likely to be using full authorized power.

Maybe you'd better send a clip on a CD, unless you have a USB port on
your PC. In that case I will send you one of my little "flash drives"
for you to record the clip on and send it to me.
