[IRCA] Who did I hear on 1200

When I took Jolene my GSD / Sheltie mix for our
nightly mile walk at 7:30 PM EDT I carryed the YB400. 
I dialed around and stopped on 1200 to STRONG signal
with lush standards vocals. When I got back to the
house they abruptly went away at 8:03. Never a word,
but there were pauses as if a CD were being tracked.
Any ideas?
