I should have mentioned thanx to Martin Scoech and his
excellent QIP "QSL Information Pages" website
(http://www.schoechi.de/), the source of the address I
used for my France-1206 followup.  I had noticed that
TDF's Shortwave Dept. had been QSLing Radio France
International reports for some time now, so thought it
worth the chance to try them for a BC report QSL. 
Good luck with your efforts to QSL the 1206 outlet.
