[IRCA] 2nd night HD

A bit more HD on the air tonight I notice. KSL & KOA are there, but so
far not too strong on adjacents. KGO is HD tonight and totally wiping
out 800 & 820 off the SW EWE, but I can hear Penticton,and KGNW off the
Eastern beverage. KFBK is there again, but I did not notice HD on KEX a
bit ago, but it came on last night at Midnight.
