According to the EMWG this is all Flemish RVI now, no longer with RNI 
relays.  There appear to be brief English program blocks, but not anywhere 
close to the time I was listening.  Also, what I heard was also available on 
the RVI web audio.  I have no idea what the difference is between Dutch and 
Flemish.  Jim
