Maybe. 

Much may come down to station expectations and to simple economics.
They've spent money on equipment and fees, and they'll have to spend
more on the latter. How long will they keep that up with no increase in
revenue ? Or how about a decrease ? The latter is much more probable
because even absent complaints and action, listenership will be reduced
on account of that and therefore so will revenues.

Even still it could be 2-3 years before itt really starts falling
apart.
