[IRCA] TPs for 9Sep07

I'm not sure how to read this morning's TPs.  A bit of everything.  Lot's of weak audios from all over....Korea, Japan, China.  Only a very modest DU opening later.  1017 yielded a Filipino at 13:37.  Russian LW were great again this morning.  First time this season that I had decent reception from Hokkaido stations.  Got to run now, but will report in more detail later!..........Walt.
