[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday

This morning was strong Asian reception until fairly late in the session 
when the DU signals finally took over. DU reception was poorer than the 
Saturday morning standard of comparison, but a number of channels with 
poor/weak audio were heard.
594 was at medium level with Asian talk and light pop vocal music at 1253 
utc, with a weaker Aussie station underneath. 774 with weak Asian music and 
talk, 1259 utc.
531 DU weak music at 1307 utc, with Gordon Lightfoot vocal of "If I Could 
Read Your Mind".
Others, with poor/weak talk: 558; 567; 585; 594; 639; 693; 702; 729; 738; 
774; 747; 792; 891; 1116 from 1254-1315 utc.
Russian LWBC was poor at first but rose to decent level for all 5 freqs at 
1250 utc--279, 234, 189, 180, 153.
530 ADK Alaskan beacon good level 1210-1245 utc.
