[IRCA] TPs for 08-25-07

Listened from 1143-1330 ut.  Conditions with DU area stations and Asian stations. TPs very poor on upper MW channels, better on lower MW channels.  Russian Long-wave in with 3 of 5 heard.  The domestic 
splatter left just before sunrise,  splits like 639 & 891 produced weak audio.  Can't wait to read the reports of Guy & John from Grayland to see what they heard on the un ID frequencies heard here this morning.

153            Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1141 man in Russian.

189            Russia,  Radio Rossii fair with man in Russian at 1146.

279            Russia, Radio Rossii very weak with man/woman in Russian.

639            Nice carrier at 1322.  To much domestic splatter to listen earlier
                  this morning.  

702            Australia,  pieces of audio 1250.  English DU accented at 1256  
                  ut.  Weak.  Faded TOH.

738            Unknown,  weak, man/woman talking in what appeared to be 
                  news at 1301.  Could not ID language.

792            Unknown, China? traces of audio at 1248. At 1310 Chinese 
                  music instrumental music heard.  Very weak signal at best.

774            Japan, JOUB very weak at 1158 with Japanese.

1566          Republic of Korea, HLAZ very weak bits of music at 1230.
