[IRCA] DUs/TPs for 20 Aug 2007

This morning's conditions seemed to revert back to what they had been 
on  Saturday.    A good number of decent upper band carriers, including 
some on the X-band, but not a lot on the lower band.   Only audio noted 
was from Australia on 1116 and 1548.
