Definitely seemed a powerhouse compared with most of the other 
signals recorded in the upper band, and faded up a number of times 
between 1150 and after 1305UT.  Was able to hear mention of 
"Washington DC" at 1242UT, but it wasn't English...sounded like a 
southeast Asian language.    The propagation monitor said that 
overall it wasn't as good a morning as the last two, but 594 was 
strongest it has been for awhile.
