Re: [IRCA] Bermuda skip tonight

I'm sure the farm is either now apartments or is waiting for a developer.
With the median home sale price $1.5 Million, you can only imagine how much
that piece of property is worth.

I started DXing here in 1967 when I was nine, listening to Yankee games on
the radio at night. The Yankees weren't really worth listening to that
year, however, but that's another subject.

Rick,
When I was a kid, I spent several summers in the 1960s on what was formerly
my great-grandfather's farm, Cedar Wylde, off North Shore Road near Radnor
Rd in Hamilton Parish. On my aunt's Phillips, I could routinely at night
pick up one of my hometown's stations, 630 kc, formerly WSAV, in Savannah,
GA. Not enough to make my homesick, however. ;) Those were great summers
for a teenager. It was on the beach at Mid Ocean near Tucker's Town that I
first heard the Stones' (I can't get no) Satisfaction on WABC in 1965
