Mike,

At around 0400 EDT, I had a carrier on 1690.7, and maybe threshold
audio, but that is a guess at best. The strongest carrier so far. I hope
as Fall gets on, I can get some audio. I tried upper SB (ECSS), AM in
1.8/.5, etc. I even tried the 2.4 filter on the SPR4 with the notch, but
nothing came up that I could understand. The signal from the carrier
varied a lot. Probably being just a high frequency.
