[IRCA] NE Oregon TP's Tuesday

This was a pretty good morning for TP's with a het on every 9kc channel up 
to about 1197kc for awhile. I didn't wake up until about 1230 utc but the 
peak was probably around 1240 utc. Weak to poor audio was heard on 531 with 
English vocal music; 576 English talk; 612 with women's talk program in 
English; 639 English man and woman talking; 702 English talk; 729 English 
talk; 774 with women's talk program; 828 with women's talk program; 855 with 
women's talk program--all from 1227-1256 utc--all presumed Down Under 
stations. 1098 with the usual huge het--it would be good copy if it weren't 
just a carrier; 1548 with medium het.
Russian LWBC also doing well--279, 234, 189, 180, 153.
1737 KUT, PNG beacon poor at 1246 utc.
