[IRCA] Re Seattle area DXrs-KNBR 680

If the Warrior games are on KNBR (KCTC) 1050 any fans
of that team might have a bit of trouble hearing them
since Seattle has an active 1050 running on 440 watts
at night after sunset and 5 KW daytime and at this
time of year the games would be done before power down
