[IRCA] HLAZ audio again

This morning (28 July), weak CC sounding audio was recorded from HLAZ 
around 1150UTC, and again, just after the antenna pattern shift at 
1230UT; just music at that time.

Carrier on 1575 too just before 1200UT....by gosh, it's dark in 
Bangkok now, so possibly them....
