Hi Bill,

You heard WIBC too!!! OK, that was during the time I logged them in
Seward AK.  I just checked my QSL and it was from August 1965 and I
caught them at 0100 & 0300 WIBC Time. Signed by Clifford Luke CE. The
card says "50,000 watts at the crossroads of America". Listed as 1070
kcs and 24 hours a day, also on the card.
