[IRCA] 1640 TIS

1640 WA Auburn (no ID). New TIS apparently coming from the City of  
Auburn. Civic and safety-oriented announcements in a bed of EZ and  
sometimes semi-classical music. Heard "Somewhere My Love" ("Lara's  
Theme" from Dr. Zhivago") (no, not Dr. Zecchino) twice in a half  
hour. Nearly broadcast quality. A little astray from the frequency  
with a low rumble noted against the OR Disney station. Two web sites  
mentioned, neither of which works. Poor signal along Highway 99  
between about 272nd and 338th going southbound; northbound, the  
parallel power lines kill it completely. No signal at home or even  
east of Hwy. 99. Noted 6/30 and 7/1 about 2pm PDT both days.
