[IRCA] 1600 khz

In checking the KOHI/KVRI/KOPT mix today at 1300 EDT (6/30), I find KOHI
is S8 off the Eastern beverage, KVRI is S9 off the WNW EWE with KOPT
QRM. KOPT is S9 off the SW EWE. If it wasn't for the Eastern beverage, I
doubt I would even notice KOHI.
