[IRCA] Another daytime Cuban: CMBA-670

670    CMBA    Cuba     Arroyo Arenas, Ciudad La Habana: Finally established that this is third station
                                    down from WPMH, Portsmouth, during daylight hours. Established identity
                                    today at 1330 5/29 by tuning Radio Rebelde - 11655 for comparison.
                                    Definite correlation of audio established w/a slight echo effect. Not logging
                                    on that basis as a definite ID on 670 is unlikely until nightime. 
                                    Not a clue as to identity of second station down. (CAT-NC)
