[IRCA] 1670 Radio Corazon?

UNIDENTIFIED. 1670 kHz "Radio Corazón". Heard on 13th April 2007 between
0700-0800 UT. Can anyone help with this station's origin? Heard with the 6 kHz
wide AM filter! (Geoff Wolfe, Bombala, NSW, Australia, Kenwood R-5000, BOG 130
degrees east, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

KHPY in California and WVVM in Georgia are both Spanish; could either use such
a slogan? If not, maybe the latest change in Buenos Aires? (Glenn Hauser, DX
