[IRCA] Tonight's loggings



On my way home from a client, I stopped at the south coast of New Bedford,
MA.  Probably a mile or two south of the WCTK/WNBH site.  I had little time
so I didn't camp anywhere waiting for an ID.

684  Good audio, male announcer.  Religious sounding music  3/29 1920 EDT

711  Poor w/ music.  3/29 EDT

873  Time pips under what sounded like AA.  3/29 1930 EDT

891  Very low audio, likely Algeria.  3/29 1932 EDT

999  Fair audio, sounded SS.  3/29  1937 EDT

1035  Sounded like a FF singer as it faded up briefly.  3/29  1939 EDT

1116  SS male announcer, sounded uptempo like a commercial station.  Didn't
sound AA. 3/29 1944 EDT

1125  Two or more stations, growly het noted.  3/29 1946 EDT

1134  Likely Croatia, fair/good  Male vocal mx.  3/29 1947 EDT

1206  FF music, fair/poor  3/29 1950 EDT

1215  EE Pop mx.  Virgin likely.  3/29 1951 EDT

1269  Het, music noted.  3/29  1953 EDT

1305  Het, music bits faded up.  3/19 1955 EDT

1314  Only a het.  This site doesn't favor northern stations though.  3/29
1956 EDT

1350  ESPN domestic very good on omni antenna right next to WNBH-1340  3/29
1958 EDT

1377  FF female announcer.  Fair/good.  3/29 2000 EDT

1521  AA announcer, ment "Irania" heard a couple of times.  3/29 2002 EDT

1620  WDHP  assumed with Caribbean-accented announcer.  3/29  2006 EDT

Palstar R30CC, 68" whip, two 30" copper tube loops, DX Engineering RPA-1
amp.
