[IRCA] 1600 kHz KOHI full power 4:30 a.m.

Don,

While shutting down the equipment this morning I noticed that KOHI 1600 seemed to be on at full power at 4:30 a.m. PDT.  At 1:30 a.m. PDT I could not hear them.  I will start checking their signal to see if this is a common  occurrence.
