[IRCA] 1110 signal on

 The 1110 signal tonight is a more subdued whistle and
is letting through a stronger signal from Bend Or
which fades up and down every few minutes.Signal cut
-off on 1100 and 1120 tells me that there's an active
carrier on 1110.To find out what KWDB is doing I'm
going to call them during business hours.--Bill in BC
