[IRCA] Delayed logging from N.E. MN

In going through this winter's loggings, I came across this one that I 
somehow missed sending to the list. Hope this late logging is permitted on 
the list.  I think my old brain is starting to miss a few things.

1240  KLYQ  MT  Hamilton.  0708 CST.  12-23-06.
          Surprisingly good for a few minutes with "Montana
          Outdoor Radio Show."  Ad for Bank in Hamilton.
          Ad for Bob Wards.  Pierce RV.  Talk about
          Bitteroot Lake.  Ad for Missoula Four Seasons
          Motors.  Lost to graveyard mud after that.  NEW

          Heard this program last Saturday 3-17-07 on
          1070-KATQ.
