[IRCA] 1380 and 1660 tonight Off tonight

Thanks for the heads up, Neal!  Unfortunately, I didn't check my email in time - darn!  I haven't heard 1660 with New Jersey off the air in about 10 years - and I really need a couple of staions on that channel - most notably KQWB West Fargo, ND.  North Dakota is one of five unheard states here - and by far the closest.
