JUST THE CALL WAS GIVEN, NO QTH NO NOTHING ELSE. ROSE UP OUT OF THE NOISE.
THEN INTO FOX SPORT NETWORK GIVING BASKETBALL SCORES. AT 2230 GAVE THE
FOLLOWING ID, "790, FOX SPORTS, WKRD." LOTS OF QRM FROM CUBA. [WM-TN]

This is a new one for me. Lots of weird conditions tonight.
