I'm not sure what WAQI's night time programming is and I suppose they could 
very easily broadcast programming similar to Cuba's R. Rebelde or the other 
network..  After hearing Cuba occasionally through the last 35 years, it's 
pretty easy to notice the difference between they're programming 
style/tropical type music and most US. SS stations or border/interior 
Mexican stations. I didn't ID them, so no luck here, but I'm 98% sure it was 
them.  My other thought was a previously logged KMIA, but-  a.)I'm not sure 
of they're current status, b.)low nighttime power c.) they loop in the 
direction of KSPN and also my intermittant headache inducing 
multi-noise-source. hi-lol.   I'm not sure, but a quick look at WAQI's 
website gave me the impression that it's anti-Cuban/Venezuelan.  That would 
decrease the odd's of them mimicking typical Cuban programming.
