Scott,

I guess it comes down to "Does KGO care about their skywave listeners
any longer?" Maybe the hiss is not heard in the local bay area, but it
sure affects the distant listeners. Believe me, the noise was enough to
bother me, so it sure will bother the average listener at a distance.
