[IRCA] 774/747/828 & other TP

At 1455UT, Japanese talk by man on all 3 channels, followed by a 
children's choral version of "God Save the Queen", really....They all 
signed off at 1500 with the usual music box however.

Peaked briefly at good strength and readability on 774, with the 
other two quite readable also.   A few minutes previously, there had 
been a second audio under 774, a man talking.  Too unclear for 
language ID, but only on west Flag so possibly Melbourne.

Otherwise, a brief scan of the band showed plenty of carriers, 
especially below 1200 kHz, but only other audio was weak pips and 
talk on hour from 594, and barely detectable music box on 873.
