 From what I can see, Patrick, Dennis hit things just about right by 
starting before 1500UT and going across the hour, tuning up the 
band.   The sunrise peaks are moving to earlier times quite quickly, 
and this morning seemed to sweep from the bottom of the band to the 
top.  By the time I'd woken up properly, the lower and central band 
had pretty much faded down.
