[IRCA] TIS 1670 Camas, WA

While listening to KNRO 1670 kHz in Redding, Ca this afternoon, noticed a station underneath KNRO's signal.  Turns out to be TIS station in Camas, WA broadcasting with 10 watts.  KNRO signal is fair at times, but fades often.  Camas is about 20 miles Southeast of here.  Heard about a year ago and forgot about it.
