[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs Jan 26

I didn't turn the radio on until 1500 utc this morning, but TPs were 
immediately there, though all at poor level. Far East Russians were the 
loudest since about October, with even 234 kHz at weak level--279 was like 
the local 1450 station for awhile. Poor MW audio on 531, 558, 567, 639, 
1044, 1071, 1116, 1179, 1197 1386, 1422, 1566. At one point 639 rose to weak 
level for a few seconds, with Asian talk. Many hets everywhere else up to 
1602 kHz.
Is the mid-winter anomaly about over, finally?
