Much poorer this morning compared to Sunday. A few poor audio channels, with 
conditions going away past about 1520 utc. 855 had brief audio at 1453 utc; 
873 with Asian talk, 3 time pips into p. news at 1500, poor; 567 poor 1505 
utc; 594 poor/weak, the best of today, with Asian talk 1506 utc. Far East 
Russians weak/medium 153, 189, 279.
