[IRCA] DX TIP for WDXR

1290    KCUB     AZ, Tucson, quick ID as "12-90 KCUB", during dead air
on KUMA Pendleton at 0406 EST 12/24. Haven't heard this one in years.

1290    KGVO    MT, Missoula, good on top on OC (KUMA) with "News Talk
1290 KGVO" at 0406 EST 12/24, followed by a couple of seconds, then the
KCUB ID KGVO is common, but KCUB isn't. (PM-OR)
