Folks, I can't help but point out that the fellow who is apparently on
the inside about this situation specifically identified it as "antenna
testing", not "transmitter testing". That makes me wonder if this might
be related to some sort of quickly deployable, low profile system such
as the EH antenna. That would better explain the need to conduct the
tests over a wide bandwidth.
