[IRCA] R. Reloj on 1130 ?

Last evening, during somewhat auroral conditions, I had a R. Reloj
under WBBR-1130 between 1800-2000. My 2004 WRTH lists two Cubans,
neither shown as R. Reloj. Does anyone have any more up-to-date info ?
