[IRCA] 590 khz and 1020 khz mystery signals



Hearing the following at 1157 local in Wilmington, DE:

590 khz. ==> apparent single 1350 hz. tone, weak

1020 khz. ==> apparently lightly modulated 1000, 2000, 3000 hz. tones, LOUD

Both signals appear strongest on my NE-SW wire, weakest on my E-W wire.
