Jim mine:

The latitude of Millbury is 42.193N. The longitude is -71.76W

The tone is very strong here at night almost buries the S meters on my 
R-390A and SP-600 and dominates thre frequncy although there is not mucxh 
else here except the canadian that transmits in different languages,
