KNBR off at 0100, came back on 0150.
Not too bad. Not a peep from KBRW, with still an elevated A&K a bit, but
the East wasn't bad.

0100   KNBR off
0103    Sounded like a female announcer said "WRKO"
0105     CJOB took over frequency with Southern Manitoba weather
0111     JRN NOS format noted with Neil Diamond "Cracklin' Rosie"
Followed by "Nature Boy" by Nat King Cole.
0114     Sounded like "This is the Great 68" (Sounded like "88", but it
must have been 68) 
0124     European music in jumble, Ethnic station?
0128     Oldies music Chicago's "Does Anyone Know What Time It Is?"
0129     Bits of FF, presume CHFA
0139     "680 News", lots of "680 News" slogans, weather for Toronto,
dominant for a time
0149      ID by woman as "W???", lost in jumble
0150     KNBR returned

I will check out the WRKO ID again on the cassette, plus at least one
def new one with 68 News. Not a bad signal for a time either.
