Unexpectedly logged a new one tonight.   Flipped on the radio to check
conditions when I got in, noted Spanish on 710, which is unusual, so
stuck around, and at 0555 UTC noted a clear WAQI ID and Radio Mambi
slogan way over a usually very dominant KIRO.     Those surprises are
what keep the hobby interesting for me.
