[IRCA] Virgin Radio-1215 0328 UTC in Minnesota

They were playing "Angie" by the Rolling Stones. Also audio on 1206, probably France but couldn't quite understand it. Most TA frequencies still dead or just carriers. Almost every domestic frequency here is S-9+30-50 db & usually the TAs have to be about S-9+10-20 to detect audio. Detected a carrier on 1134, but KFAN-1130 is about S-9+80 here. Using Eton E1 & Quantum loop. George S., MN
