[IRCA] Rocket 980 slogan

Hi all....Around midnight, EDST.....a station looping E/W from northern S.C.......playing oldies and using the slogan "Rocket 980".....anyone have any thoughts on this ??   It was occasionally on top but would fade into the mud........... Thanks, Chris Johnson   K4CME  S.C.
