[IRCA] New TIS activated in Los Alamos, NM



WQFJ525 site #1 610 kHz seems to have just been activiated sometime today.

The transmitter is run by the Los Alamos Emergency Management Agency and 
  at this time is just relaying the NOAA weather station in Sant Fe, 
WXJ33 162.55 Mhz
