That is a possibility, though it will take some work to make it so.

Meanwhile, the current WWV data is always available on:

http://www.am-dx.com/wwv.htm

That is updated within minutes of the top of the hour.  While it does include graphics, it's a pretty small web page.  Not many are using dial-up these days.
